FOR AN EXCELLENT CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON TEA SNACK WITH GINGERBREAD & CLOTTED CREAM!
GINGERBREAD RECIPE
Ingrédients
FOR 4 persons
• 160 g LIQUID HONEY
• 200 g FLOUR preferably a mixture of flours
• 30 à 40 g BROWN SUGAR
• 2 BIG EGGS
• A FEW VANILLA DROPS
• RAISING AGENT either a tablespoon or a standard packet
• 5 tablespoons of milk
• 1/2 coffeespoon of mixed spices ginger, cinnamon, mus, girofle)
• Preheat the over to 180°C. Butter the dish to go into over.
• In a mixing bowl warm the honey & milk together.
• Add beaten eggs, sugar & vanilla extract.
• Sieve the flour, raising agent & spices together
• Mix all ingredients together carefully.
• Put into dish cook for approximately 40 à 50 minutes .
• Serve with clotted cream or ice cream.
